RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR AN IOWA-
NATIONAL-POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM
OPERATION PERMIT AND THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF EN-
VIRONMENTAL QUALITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that application be made with the Iowa-National-Pollutant Discharge
Elimination System Operation for a permit with Iowa Department of
Environmental Quality for the City of Waterloo, Iowa,be, and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of February, 1980 .
