RESOLUTION APPROVING THE THIRD READING OF AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING INSPECTION FEES FOR MULTIPLE FAMILY
DWELLINGS .
1. WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on February 4, 1980 as
required,at which time opponents and proponents of the proposed
ordinance were heard, and
2 . WHEREAS, this ordinance has received two previous readings
at prior City Council meetings , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That the third reading of an ordinance establishing inspection fees
for multiple Family dwellings be approved.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of February, 1980.
