RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
SEPTEMBER 12,1979 ,FROM TWIN CITY TESTING AND ENGINEER-
ING LABORATORY,INCO , FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT,CONTRACT
NOo12,AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS,Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory, Inc . ,
Waterloo, Iowa have rendered engineering services in connection
with the West Ridgeway Avenue Bridge Replacement Project ,Contract
No. 12 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost : for said engineering ser-
vices ,rendered by the said Twin City Testing and Engineering
Laboratory, Inc . ,as shown in their statement dated September12 ,
1979 is $190 .00,now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory, Inc . ,be paid
the sum of $190 .00 being payment for the statement dated September
12 ,1979 , on said contract for engineering services rendered in
connection with the West Ridgeway Avenue Bridge Replacement Project ,
Contract No. 12, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance
Director,be,and he is hereby,authorized, empowered and ordered to
draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to
Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory,Inc . , of Waterloo,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of February,1980 .
