RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
FEBRUARY 15, 1980 ,FROM BRICE,PETRIDES, AND ASSOCIATES
INCO ,ENGINEERS,FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR WEST
RIDGEWAY AVENUE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM CONTRACT NO
12,AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice,Petrides ,and Associates Inc . , Engineers ,
Waterloo, Iowa have rendered engineering services in connection
with the West Ridgeway Avenue Bridge Replacement Program Contract
No. 12 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS,the amount of the cost for said engineering services,
rendered by the said Brice,Petrides ,and Associates Inc. ,as shown
in their statement dated February 15, 1980 is $3,530. 28 now,therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice,Petrides,and Associates Inc . ,be paid the sum of $3,530 .28
being payment for the statement dated February 15, 1980 on said
contract for engineering services rendered in connection with the
West Ridgeway Avenue Bridge Replacement Contract No. 12 in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director,be,and he is hereby,
authorized,empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for
said sum and deliver the same to Brice,Petrides,and Associates Inc.
of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of February, 1980.
