RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
FEBRUARY 15, 1980,FROM BRICE,PETRIDES, AND ASSOCIATES
INC0 ,ENGINEERS, FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR CASTLE
HILL DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS,PHASE I,CONTRACT NO. 85,
AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY .
WHEREAS, Brice,Petrides ,and Associates Inc . ,Engineers, Waterloo
Iowa have rendered engineering services in connection with the
Castle Hill Drainage Improvements ,Phase I Contract No. 85 in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering services ,
rendered by the said Brice,Petrides ,and Associates Inc . as shown
in their statement dated February 15, 1980 is $779 . 53, now,therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice,Petrides,and Associates Inc . ,be paid the sum of $779 . 53
being payment for the statement dated February 15,1980,on said
contract for engineering services rendered in connection with the
Castle Hill Drainage Improvements , Phase I Contract No. 85 , in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa,and the Finance Director,be, and he is
hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant
accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to Brice,Petrides,
and Associates Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of February, 1980 .
