RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
FEBRUARY 15 ,1980,FROM BRICE,PETRIDES, AND ASSOCIATES,
INC. ENGINEERS,FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR INSPECTION
OF BRIDGES WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY .
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides , and Associates, Inc . , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa have rendered engineering services in connection
with the Inspection of Bridges in the City of Waterloo, Iowa and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering services ,
rendered by the said Brice,Petrides,and Associates Inc . as shown
in their statement dated February 15, 1980, is $10,029 . 77 ,now,
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice,Petrides , and Associates Inc . be paid the sum of
$10 ,029 .77 being payment for the statement dated February 15 ,1980,
on said contract for engineering services rendered in connection
with the Inspection of Bridges in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
the Finance Director, be,and he is hereby authorized, empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to Brice,Petrides, and Associates Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of February,1980 .
