RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $1,669.52 ACCUMULATED
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO STEVE BATCHELDER RETIRED
AS AN EMPLOYEE OF CENTRAL GARAGE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
WHEREAS, on the 1st day of March, 1980, Steve Batchelder retired as an employee
of Central Garage in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Steve Batchelder has accumulated 174.5 hours of sick leave and is
entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS, Steve Batchelder has earned and is entitled to 80 hours vacation pay,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that Steve
Batchelder be paid the total sum of $1,669.52 being payment in full for above
mentioned sick leave and earned vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and
he is hereby„ authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for
said sum and deliver the same to Steve Batchelder.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 25th day of February, 1980,
approved by the Mayor on the 27th day of February, 1980.
