WHEREAS, a Resolution of Necessity proposing street, improve- ments on and along certain streets ,avenues ,roads ,drives ,boulevards , etc . , and portions thereof, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,as set out in Resolution No. 26801 was proposed by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approved by it and notice of pendency thereof given on February 11, 1980, and WHEREAS, on March 3,1980, the time fixed for the consideration of said resolution, written objections were filed by: 1 . Jared Van Horn, 217 Westbourne Road 2 . Property owners of property abutting and adjacent to Lobdell Road against paving of Lobdell Road. 3. Property owners of property abutting and adjacent to Johnson Sieet against paving of Johnson Street . 4. Jeanniene Dawson, 1220 Eleanor Drive to paving of Eleanor Drive. 5 . Property owners of property located on Black Hawk Street and Commercial against the sewer project running parallel with Black Hawk Street and Commercial Street in the alley between 12th Street and 13th Street . 6. Property owners of property abutting and adjacent to Commercial Street and Jefferson Street against storm sewer portion of paving program from the alley of 15th Street to 16th Street bordered by Commercial Street and Jefferson Street . 7 . Property owners of property abutting and adjacent to Helen Road against paving assessment . 8. Emilie L. Holder, 1411 West 9th Street . WHEREAS,this Council has fully considered all said objections and finds that the objections of : 1 . Jared Van Horn, 217 Westbourne Road 2 .Property owners of property abutting and adjacent to Lobdell Road against paving of Lobdell Road. 3 . Property owners of property abutting and adjacent to Commercial Street and Jefferson Street against storm sewer portion of Page 2 paving program from the alley of 15th Street to 16th Street bord- ered by Commercial Street and Jefferson Street,are without merit and should be overrruled, and objections of:. 1. Emilie L. Holder 2 .Jeanniene Dawson 3. Property owners of property abutting and adjacent to Johnson Street. 4. Property owners of property located on Black Hawk Street and Commercial against the sewer project running parallel with Black Hawk Street and Commercial Street in the alley between 12th Street and 13th Street . 5 . Property owners of property abutting and adjacent to Helen Road. are meritorious and should be sustainec , now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, That the said objections of: 1. Jared Van Horn, 217 Westbourne Road. 2 . Property owners of property abutting and adjacent to L obdell Road against paving of Lobdell Road. 3 . Property owners of property abutting and adjacent to Commercial Street and Jefferson Street against storm sewer portion of pav= ing program from the alley of 15th Street to 16th Street border- ed by Commercial Street and Jefferson Street . made to the passage of Resolution of Necessity and to the making of the improvement therein described,be,and the same are hereby, overrruled,and the objections of: 1. Emilie L. Holder 2 . Jeanniene Dawson 3 . Property owners of property abutting and adjacent to Johnson Street 4. Property owners of property located on Black Hawk Street and Commercial against the sewer project running parallel with Black Hawk Street and Commercial Street in the alley between 12th Street and 13th Street .
