F.Y. 1980 PAVING PROGRAM NO I (CONTRACT NO. 176)
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That the Resolution of Necessity introduced at a meeting of
this Council held on the 11.th day of February, 1980, for the con-
struction of the "Waterloo, Iowa, F.Y. 1980 Paving Program No I
(Contract No. 176) ", be and the same is hereby amended by eliminat-
ing therefrom the proposed improvements on the following streets ,
avenues , drives and roads o__ portions thereof, to-wit:
1. Helen Road from Cardinal Drive to Rainbow Drive.
2 . Martha Street from Bertch Avenue to Williston Avenue.
3. Alley between Commercial and Jefferson Streets (in 1700 block
of Commercial)
4. Martha Street from Forest Avenue to Bertch Street
5 . Alley running parallel with Black Hawk Street and Commercial
Street between West 12th and West 13th Street .
and further the preliminary plat and schedule of assessments for
saia project be and the same is hereby amended by making the
following changes therein,to-wit:
1 . Helen Road from Cardinal Drive to Rainbow Drive.
2 . Martha Street from Bertch Avenue to Williston Avenue .
3 . Alley between Commercial and Jefferson Streets(in 1700 block
of Commercial) .
4. Martha Street from Forest Avenue to Bertch Street .
5. Alley running parallel with Black Hawk Street and Commercial
Street between West 12th and West 13th Street .
Passed and Approved this 3rd day of March, 1980 .
