BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Resolution of Necessity introduced at a meeting of
this Council on February 11,1980 , (and as amended by Resolution of
this Council adopted on the 3rd day of March,1980 , for the con-
struction of the "Waterloo , Iowa, F.Y . 1980 Paving Program NoI
(Contract No, 176) ,
" described in said Resolution of Necessity,
(as amended) ,notice having been given as required by law for hear-
ing thereon, be and the same is hereby adopted (as amended) , and
all objections filed have been fully considered and are hereby
overruled°
passed and approved this 3rd day of March, 1980 .
