RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF CITY FUNDS TO PAY
25% OF THE COST OF NEW SIDwUALKS ALONG PARK LANE BET-
WEEN KIMBALL AVENUE AND CRESTHAVEN SCHOOL.
WHEREAS, much discussion has transpired relating to the need
for sidewalks along Park Lane, Now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
that the City participate in the costs of installing sidewalks a-
long Park Lane between Kimball Avenue and Cresthaven School at a
rate of 25% of the cost of the improvement .
passed and adopted this 3rd day of March, 1980 .
