g.kSt UTION APPROVING THE REVISED SITE
PLAN FOR AN ADDITION TO HARDEES LOCATED
AT THE CORNER OF SEARS DRIVE AND CROSS-
ROADS BLVDQ
WHEREAS,Hardees has proposed that the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa approve a revised site plan for an
addition to Hardee 's located at the intersection of Sears
Drive and Crossroads Blvd. and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said
revised site plan should be approved as proposed, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the revised site plan for an addition
to Hardee 's located at the intersection of Sears Drive and
Crossroads Blvd. , be and the same is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of March 1980,
approved by the Mayor this 5th day of March 1980 .
