RESOLUTION SETTING MARCH 24, 1980 AS THE DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING ON THE WATERLOO HOUSING AUTHORITY APPLICATION
FOR 83 UNITS OF SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING ASSISTANCE
PAYMENTS PROGRAM, IA05-E050-006.
WHEREAS, Chapter 403A of the Code of Iowa requires that a Public
Hearing be held on application for housing unit allocations under the
Section 8 Existing Housing Assistance Payments Program,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that a Public Hearing on the Waterloo Housing Authority's
application for 83 units of housing under the Section 8 Existing Housing
Assistance Payments Program, IA05-E050-006 be set for Monday, March 24,
1980 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Meeting Room, City Hall, 715 Mulberry
Street, Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of March, 1980, approved by the Mayor
this 3rd day of March, 1980.
