RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE NO.
65-26917 THROUGH NO. 65-26920 AND CERTIFICATE NO.
65-26957 THROUGH NO. 65-26973 UNDER FY 79 OILING PROGRAM
CONTRACT NO I.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of WaterlOo, Iowa, is
desirous of cancelling Certificate No. 65-26917 through No. 65-
26920 and Certificate No . 65-26957 through 65-26973 under FY79 Oiling
Program, Contract No I now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the assessments levied under Certificate Noo 65-26917
through No. 65-26920 and Certificate No. 65-26957 through 65-26973
of the FY 1979 Oiling Program Contract No I be and the same are
hereby cancelled, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to notify the County Auditor of the Cancellation
of Certificate No. 65-26917 through 65-26920 and Certificate No.
65-26957 through 65-26973 under FY 1979 Oiling Program Contract Nol.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of March 1980, approved
by the Mayor this 12th day March, 1980 .
