RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF DOWNTOWN 80 's
PROJECT PLANNING PROPOSAL WITH COMMUNICATION NETWORK
SYSTEMS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Downtown 80 's Project Planning Proposal with Communication
Network Systems , dated March 10, 1980 for Professional Services for
Downtown Waterloo in the City of Waterloo, by and between Com-
munication Network Systems , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 10th day of March 1980 .
