RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH CEDAR
BEND HUMANE SOCIETY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 19, 2010, for animal control
services, by and between the Cedar Bend Humane Society of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 2010.
