RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT
DATED FEBRUARY 21, 1980,FROM BRICE,PETRIDES, &
ASSOCIATES, ENGINEERS, FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR EDA FY 1978PAVING PROGRAM, SECTION I & II ,
CONTRACT NO. 163,AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WWHEREAS,Brice,Petrides , & Associates ,Engineers , Waterloo,
Iowa have rendered engineering services in connection with
the EDA FY 1978 Paving Program,Sections I & II, Contract
No. 163 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering
services, rendered by the said Brice,Petrides ,& Associates
as shown in their statement dated February 21, 1980, is
$7 , 792 .25, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO
IOWA:
That Brice,Petrides ,& Associates,be paid the sum of $7, 792 .25
being payment for the statement dated February 21, 1980, on
said contract for engineering services rendered in connect-
ion with the EDA FY 1978 Paving Program,Section I & II,
Contract No . 163, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
Finance Director, be, and he is hereby,authorized, empowered
and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and
deliver the same to Brice,Petrides ,& Associates of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of March 1980 .
