RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PAY ESTIMATE
NO. 5 DATED FEBRUARY 28,1980 ,FROM DALE J. CLARK
CONTRACTING CO. FOR WORK PERFORMED AND MATERIAL
FURNISHED FOR MARTIN ROAD AND CEDAR TERRACE DRIVE
DRAINAGE STRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS CONTRACT NO. 100
AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY,
WHEREAS, Dale J. Clark Contracting Co. , Waterloo, Iowa
has performed work and furnished material in connection with
Martin Road and Cedar Terrace Drive Drainage Structure Im-
provements Contract 100, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa and
WHEREAS,the amount of the cost for said services rendered
by the said Dale J. Clark Contracting Co. ,as shown on En-
gineer ' s statement dated February 28,1980, is $9287 . 30 ,now,
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL( OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Dale J. Clark Contracting Co. , be paid the sum of $9287 . 30
being payment for the statement dated February 28, 1980,on
said contract for services rendered in connection with the
Martin Road and Cedar Terrace Drive Drainage Structure Improve-
ments Contract No . 100 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
Finance Director,be,and he is hereby, authorized,empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver
the same to the said Dale J . Clark Contracting Co. , of
Waterloo , Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of March, 1980 .
