RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT
DATED FEBRUARY 15, 1980,FROM ROBINSON ENGINEERING
COO ,ENGINEERS,FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR RACHAEL
STREET & KIMBALL AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Robinson Engineering Co. ,Engineers , Waterloo,
Iowa have rendered engineering services in connection with
Rachael Street(South Hills Drive to Kimball Ave. ) and
Kimball Ave. (Brookeridge to Rachael) in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering
services , rendered by the said Robinson Engineering Co,as
shown in their statement dated February 15, 1980, is $4994.50
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Robinson Engineering Co. , be paid the sum of $4994.50
being payment for the statement dated February 15, 1980, on
said contract for engineering services rendered in connection
with Rachael Street(South Hills Drive to Kimball Ave. )and
Kimball Avenue(Brookeridge to Rachael) , in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa,and the Finance Director,be,and he is hereby authorized,
empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said
sum and deliver the same to Robinson Engineering Co, , of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of March, 1980 .
