RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT
DATED JANUARY 14, 1980, FROM BRICE, PETRIDES, &
ASSOCIATES, INCo ,ENGINEERS, FOR ENGINEERING SER-
VICES FOR PARKING STUDY FOR THE CONWAY VICINITY
AND THE EAST SIDE PARKING RAMP AND AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY°
WHEREAS,Brice, Petrides , & Associates Inc . Engineers ,
Waterloo, Iowa have rendered engineering services in con-
nection with the Parking Study for the Conway Vicinity and
the East side Parking Ramp in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,and
WHEREAS,the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Brice,Petrides ,&Associates Inc .as
shown in their statement dated January 14, 1980 is $20 ,800 .00,
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:That Brice,Petrides ,& Associates Inc . , be paid the sum
of $20,800 .00 being payment for the statement dated January
14, 1980 on said contract for engineering services rendered in
connection with the Parking Study for the Conway Vicinity and
the East side Parking Ramp in the City of Waterloo, Iowa and
the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, em-
powered and ordered to craw a warrant accordingly for said sum
and deliver the same to Brice,Petrides , & Associates Inc . , of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of March 1980 .
