RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $2,587.93
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
ELMER HAMILTON RETIRED AS
AN EMPLOYEE OF THE WAIFR POLI UTION CONTROI PI ANT
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA .
WHEREAS,on the 6th day of March , 1980
Elmer Hamilton retired as an employee of
Water Pollution Control Plant in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Elmer Hamilton has accumulated 354.25 hours
days of sick leave and is entitled to payment foo same, and
WHEREAS, Elmer Hamilton has earned and is
entitled to 70 hours weeks vacation pay, now,therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,
that Elmer Hamilton be paid the total sum of $2,587.93 _.
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,auth-
orized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrent accordingly for
said sum and deliver the same to Elmer Hamilton
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 10th day of March ,
1980 , approved by the Mayor on the 12th day of March
1980 •
