RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION OF AN URBAN DEVELOPMENT
ACTION GRANT CONTRACT NO. B-79-AA-19-0004 BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, AND THE U. S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, filed an application with the
Department of Housing and Urban Development for funding under Title I of the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended; and
WHEREAS, said application has been approved by the Department of
Housing and Urban Development in the amount of $4,630,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Urban
Development Action Grant Contract No. B-79-AA-19-0004, in four counterparts
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, and to forward three of said counterparts
to the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
