RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST READING OF PROPOSED
AMENDMENT TO SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE NO. 2997 , SECTION
3 . 3 , NEW SUBSECTION 1 .
WHEREAS , the Plan and Program Commission has transmitted and
recommended approval of an amendment to Subdivision Ordinance
No. 2997 , Section 3 . 3 , Section 1 , and
WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on March 17 , 1980 as required,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that, the first reading of proposed amendment to Subdivision
Ordinance 2997 , Section 3 . 3 , New Subsection 1 be approved.
Passed and adopted this 17th day of March, 1980 .
