RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST READING OF PROPOSED
AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE BY ADDING NEW
SUBSECTION 172 .
WHEREAS , the Zoning Commission has transmitted and recommended
approval of an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance by adding Sub-
section 172 , and
WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on March 17 , 1980 , now,
therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, THAT the first reading of a proposed amendment to the Zoning
Ordinance by adding new Subsection 172 , be approved.
Passed and adopted this 17th day of March, 1980 .
