Fulton St . and south of Ann St . AS April 7 , 1980
AT 7 ;0 0 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,shall meet in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iaaa at 7.00
oclock P.M. , on the 7th day of Apri 1 , 1 980 for the purpose
of considering and acting upon gx.s xiskarKfiam the vacation, sale and
conveyance of Ogden St ,generally located north of Fulton St . and south of

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa that the City
Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said
hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
