A RESOLUTION ,APPROVING THE REVISED PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE
OF COST, FOR 600 BLOCK OF NORTH BARCLAY,
SANITARY SERVICE RELOCATION, CONTRACT N0. 194.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
Engineer, to prepare and file specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost , etc. , for the construction
of the 600 Block of North Barclay, Sanitary Sewer Service Re-
location, Contract No. 194, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said specifications,
form of contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and
the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered
the same, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that said revised specification, form of contract and
estimate of cost , etc. , be, and the same are hereby, approved.
Passed and approved this 17th day of March, 1980 .
