RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR
CERTAIN LOTS WITHIN ELLIOTT PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, Merle Elliott has proposed that the Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan for certain
lots within Elliott Planned Unit Development located on U.S.
Highway 218 and south of E. Shaulis Road and legally described
as follows:
Lot 2, Timothy Ridge Addition and Lots 12 - 14,
Timothy Ridge 2nd Addition, City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 24, 1980, at
7 :00 P.M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa,
as provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
on the proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan should be approved as proposed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the site plan for certain lots within Elliott Planned
Unit Development located on U.S. Highway 218 and south of E.
Shaulis Road, be and the same is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of March, 1980, approved
by the Mayor this 26th day of March, 1980.
