RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST READING OF THE
VACATION OF A PARCEL OF PROPERTY LYING ADJACENT
TO THE NORTHEASTERLY LINE OF LOT 15 , AUDITOR
FRANCIS ' BAKER ADDITION , CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on March 24 , 1980 for the
vacation of a parcel of property in Auditor Francis ' Baker Addi-
tion, and
WHEREAS , no objections were heard against this proposal , now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the first reading of the vacation of a parcel of property
lying adjacent to the northeasterly line of Lot 15 , Auditor
Francis ' Baker Addition, City of Waterloo , Black Hawk County,
Iowa be and the same is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of March, 1980 .
