RESOLUTION APPRCNING A LEASE AND MANAGEMENT
AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF WATERL 00,
THE CONWAY CIVIC CENTER BOARD, AND CONTINENTAL
INVESTMENT GROUP FOR CONWAY CIVIC CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA: That the Lease and Management Agreement dated March
24, 1980 for Conway Civic Center by and between the City of
Waterloo, Conway Civic Center Board and continental Invest-
ment Group of Peoria, Illinois, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of March, 1980 .
