RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS THE WATERLOO HOUSING AUTHORITY CONFIRMING AUTHORIZATION OF
IT MANAGING AGENT, THE WATERLOO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, TO MAKE
APPLICATION TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOP-
MENT FOR EIGHTY-THREE (83) UNITS OF SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING,
PROJECT IA05-E050-006.
Whereas, the Waterloo Housing Authority has conducted the March 24, 1980
Public Hearing referred to in Resolution No. 26853; and,
Whereas, no written or oral objections to the application were filed or
submitted prior to or at the Public Hearing,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Waterloo Housing Authority confirms
Resolution No. 26853 and its Managing Agents Section 8 Existing Housing appli-
cation, Project IA05-E050-006.
Passed and adopted this 24th day March, 1980, approved by the Mayor this
24th day of March, 1980.
