RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 26871
MAKING AWARD OF 600 BLOCK NORTH BARCLAY
STREET SANITARY SERVICE RELOCATION TO RAY
WASCHKAT PLUMBING.
WHEREAS, Council Resolution No. 26871 was passed and adopted
on March 17, 1980 pertaining to the award of Contract for con-
struction of 600 Block North Barclay Street, Sanitary Service Re-
location, Contract No. 194, and
WHEREAS, all bids and combinations of bids have been reviewed
by the consulting engineer who finds that the lowest combination
of bids is not as previously awarded,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 26871 making
award of 600 Block North Barclay Street , Sanitary Service Relocation
to Ray Waschkat Plumbing be rescinded .
Passed and adopted this 24th day of March, 1980.
