RESOLUTION DELAYING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR REPAIRS TO ELEVENTH STREET AND FALLS
AVENUE BRIDGES, CONTRACT NO. 16, TO NO
LATER THAN APRIL 14, 1980.
WHEREAS, bids have been received for Contract No. 16, Con-
tract for Repairs to Eleventh Street and Falls Avenue Bridges,
and
WHEREAS, the Contract documents pertaining to Contract No.
16, allow the City Council to postpone award of Contract for a
period of thirty (30) days.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the award of Contract No. 16, Repairs
to Eleventh Street and Falls Avenue Bridges be delayed for a
period of time not to exceed the date of April 14, 1980.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of March, 1980.
