RESOLUTION .APPROVING AND .ACCEPTING PAY
ESTIMATE NO. 11, DATED FEBRUARY 11, 1980,
FROM IRVING F. JENSEN COMPANY, INC. , FOR
WORK PERFORMED AND MATERIALS F URNI SHE D
FOR WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE STREET PROJECT,
PHASE II, CONTRACT NO. 165 AND AUTHORIZ-
ING PAYMENT .ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Irving F . Jensen Company, Inc. , of Sioux City,
Iowa, has performed work and furnished materials in connection
with West Ridgeway Avenue Street Project, Phase II, Contract
No. 165, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said services rendered
by the said Irving F . Jensen Company, Inc. , as shown on Engineer ' s
statement dated February 11, 1980 is $118, 636. 52, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Irving F . Jensen Company, Inc. , be paid the sum of $118, 636.
52 being payment for the statement dated February 11, 1980, on
said contract for services rendered in connection with the West
Ridgeway Avenue Street Project , Phase II , Contract No. 165, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and
he is hereby, authorized , empowered , and ordered to draw a
warrent accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to the
said Irving F . Jensen Company, Inc. , of Sioux City, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of March, 1980 .
