RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $4, 884. 30
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND V.AC.ATION PAY TO
JEROLD P. FRANKE .AS PL:ANNI NG DIRECTOR IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of April , 1980, Jerold P. Franke
resigned as Planning Director in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, Jerold P. Franke has accumulated 34 days and 7
hours of sick leave and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS, Jerold P . Franke has earned and is entitled to
4 weeks vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Jerold P . Franke be paid the total sum of $4, 884. 30
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrent accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Jerold P . Franke.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 24th day of March,
1980 , approved by the Mayor on the 26th day of March, 1980.
