RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $980 .86
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE .AND VACATION PAY
TO MRS. .AMI PAREKH RETIRED AS .AN EMPLOYEE
OF THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of March, 1980, Mrs. .Ami Parekh
retired as an employee of the Water Pollution Control Plant in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Ami Parekh has accumulated 135 3/4 hours of
sick leave and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS, Mrs. .Ami Parekh has earned and is entitled to 28
hours vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Mrs. Ami Parekh be paid the total sum of $980 .86
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrent accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Mrs. .Ami Parekh.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 24th day of March,
1980, approved by the Mayor on the 26th day of March, 1980.
