RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND RECEIVING OF BIDS AS APRIL
28, 1980 AT 7:00 P.M. IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS
OF CITY HALL ON THE PROPOSAL TO SELL AND
CONVEY A PARCEL IN ROOFF r S ADDITION TO A
BIDDER SELECTED BY THE WATERLOO CITY COUNCIL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF WATERLOO, I OWA as follows:
1 . That public hearing and receiving of bids will be held
by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall of Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00 P.M. on
the 28th day of April , 1980 on the proposal to sell and convey
certain real property described as follows
Unplatted Waterloo West described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Rooff ' s
Addition; thence southeasterly along the easterly lot
line of said Lot 1 and its southerly extension to a
point on a line that is 15 feet normal distance south-
erly of the south lot line of said Lot 1, said point
being on the north line of Paper Mill Street ; thence
easterly along the easterly extension of the north
line of Paper Mill Street a distance of 100 feet ;
thence northerly parallel with the centerline of La
Porte Road to the north line of Section 36, Township
89, Range 13; thence westerly along the north line of
said Section to the point of beginning.

Waterloo City Council, plus costs.
2. That the City Council is hereby authorized and directed
to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Daily Courier by publication once not less than 4 days
nor more than 20 days before the meeting of the Council at which
said proposal is to be acted on.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of April , 1980 .
