A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON VACATION
OF A PORTION OF RALPH ROAD AS APRIL 28, 1980,
AT 7:00 P.M. IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL
AND CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 — That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00 o'clock P.M. , on the 28th day
of April, 1980, for the purpose of considering and acting upon
a proposal to vacate a portion of Ralph Road requested by Donald
and Alice Cox, owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, described as
follows:
That part of Ralph Road lying north of the
westerly extension of the south lot line of
Lot Nineteen (19) Lobdell ' s Second Addition
and south of the westerly extension of the
north lot line of Lot Twenty (20) Lobdell ' s
Second Addition located in Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 2 — That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier, in the manner provided by Section 362.3 of the 1975
Code of Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of April , 1980.
