RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE
No. 30-02713 UNDER 1979 PAVING PROGRAM, NO. 1, CON-
TRACT NO. 16 __ _ .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
is desirous of cancelling Certificate #30-02713 under 1979
Paving Program No. 1, Contract No. 166, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the assessments levied under Certificate #30-02713
of the 1979 Paving Program No.1, Contract No. 166, be and the
same are hereby cancelled, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the C11y CIe k Be ANd tie is
hereby directed to notify the County Auditor of the Cancellation
of Certificate Number 30-02713 under 1979 Paving Program No. 1,
Contract No. 166 .
Passed and adopted this 7th day of April 1980, approved
by the Mayor this 9th day of May, 1980.
