RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND NOTICE
TO BE GIVEN ON THE REVISED SITE PLAN FOR GRACE LUTHERAN
CHURCH, GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF W. 7TH
AND ALLEN STREETS AS APRIL 28, 1980 AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE COON-
CJLCHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at
7:00 O'clock P.M. , on the 28th day of April , 1980 for the purpose of
considering and acting upon a revised site plan for Grace Lutheran
Church, generally located at the intersection of W. 7th and Allen Streets,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa that
the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and
place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of April , 1980.
