RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A WARRANTY DEED FROM
JOHNNY C. AND JANICE M. RICE FOR 611-613 WATER ST. FOR
FUTURE PARKING RAMP EXPANSION AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING
OF SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That, the Warranty Deed dated March 25, 1980 from Johnny C. and
Janice M. Rice, conveying unto the City of Waterloo, Iowa , certain
real property described as follows :
The Southeasterly Fifty-five (55) feet of Lot No. Ten (10)
in Block No. Three (3) in the Original Plat, on the East
Side of the Cedar River, in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
be, and the same is hereby approved and accepted.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of April , 1980. approved by the
Mayor on the 9th day of April , 1980.
