RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING CONTRACT WITH
WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING, INC. ,
FOR NHS QUINCY & MANSON PAVINC PROGRAM NO. 1,
CONTRACT NO. 202.
WHEREAS, engineering services for NHS Quincy & Manson Paving Program No. 1,
Contract No. 202, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are needed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That the
Engineering Contract dated April 15, 1980 for the NHS Quincy & Manson Paving
Program No. 1, Contract No. 202, by and between Wayne Claassen Engineering and
Surveying, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of April , 1980.
