RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH WATERLOO
CABLEVISION, INC. FOR USE OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
FOR UTILITIES ACCOMODATIONS.
WHEREAS, public right-of-way is needed for the installation
of cable television, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the application for use of right-of-way utilities
accomodation described as north from Home Park Blvd. parallel-
ling the east side of Ansborough Ave. for a distance of
1,930
feet , dated April 15 , 1980 for the installation of cable
television, by and between Waterloo CableviSion of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be in the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of April, 1980.
