RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSIGNING SECTION 1, CONTRACT
#194, 600 BLOCK NORTH BARCLAY STREET SANITARY SERVICE
RELOCATION FO BLACK HAWK PLUMBING COMPANY, WATERLOO,
IOWA.
WHEREAS, SECTION 1, CONTRACT #194, 600 Block North Barclay
Street Sanitary Service Relocation was awarued to REy Waschkat
Plumbing on March 24, 1980, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
tha Section 1, Contract No. 194, 600 Block North Barclay
Street Sanitary Service Relocation, be assigned from Ray
Waschkat Plumbing to Black Hawk Plumbing Company of Waterloo,
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
be authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
