RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE INITIATION OF A FEE
SCHEDULE FOR SITE PLANS AS MAY 5, 1980 AT 7 :00 P.M.
IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 :00 o 'clock P.M. , on the 5th day of May,
1980 for the purpose of considering and acting upon the recom-
mendation of the Plan and Program Commission to initiate a few
schedule for site plans , now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice
of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of April, 1980 .
