WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall ,
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00 o'clock P.M. , on the 5th day of May,
1980 for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the
proposal to sell and convey real property of approximately
4.89 acres located in part of the SW4 of the SW4 of Section
4-89-13, owned by the Waterloo Airport Commission, now, there-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice
of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of April , 1980.
