RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF
CERTAIN DRIVE-UP PUBLIC TELEPHONES ON PUBLIC
RIGHT-OF- !`AY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That, said drive-up public telephone be installed at the following locations
with the City to receive 15% commission on the amount of money that is collected
in each of the phones:
Drive-Up Public Telephones
1 - East side of West Fifth Street at Grant Street and West Fifth Street.
2 - West side of the access road which runs parallel to Highway 63 at the
Logan Avenue Shopping Center to North Bell .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby ordered to
certify a copy of this resolution to Northwestern Bell Company of Waterloo,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of April , 1980.
