F.Y. 1980 PAVING PROGRAM! NO. 1
(CONTRACT NO. 176)
RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF
CONTRACT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa,
in the amount of $422, 103. 38, for the construction of the "Waterloo
Iowa, F.Y. 1980 Paving Program No. 1, (Contract No. 176) `e, described
in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council
for said project, after public hearing on published notice required
by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
received for said work.
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to execute contract
with the said contractor for the construction of said improvements ,
said contract not to be binding on the City until approved by this
Council.
PASSED AND APPROVED, this 14th day of April, 1980.
