RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SITE PLAN FOR HARD-
EE 'S FOOD SYSTEM, INC. , GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH-
EASTERLY OF THE INTERSECTION OF RIDGEWAY AND KIM-
BALL AVENUES, A "S-1 SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT AS
MAY 5, 1980 AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS
AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 :00 o'clock P.M. , on the 5th day of May, 1980
for the purpose of considering and acting upon a site plan for
Hardee ' s Food Systems, Inc. , generally located southeasterly of
the intersection of Ridgeway and Kimball Avenues, a "S-1" Shopp-
ing Center District , now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo, Courier.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of April , 1980.
