RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR AN
AMENDMENT TO THE URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACTION
GRANT CONTRACT NO. B-79-AA-19-0004 BY AND
BETWEEN THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA AND
THE U.S . DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS , the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has filed an application
with. the Department of Housing and Urban Development for funding
under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974,
as amended , and
WHEREAS , said application has been approved by the Department
of Housing and Urban Development in the amount of $4, 630, 000,
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO , IOWA: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
an amendment to the Urban Development Action Grant Contract No .
B-79-AA-19-0004, by and between the City of Waterloo , Iowa and the
U. S . Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of April, 1980.
