RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND
OF BLACK HAWK PLUMBING COMPANY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, FOR 600 BLOCK NORTH BARCLAY STREET
SANITARY SERVICE RELOCATION, SECTION I, WIR-
ING, CONTRACT NO. 194.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the contract of Black Hawk Plumbing Company, Water-
loo, Iowa, for the 600 Block North Barclay Street Sanitary Ser-
vice Relocation, Section I, Wiring, Contract No. 194, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Water-
loo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 14th day
of April , 1980, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the Merchants
Mutual Bonding Company, of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon,
be, and the same are hereby, approved.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of April , 1980 .
